Account responsibility

Users must provide accurate account information, protect access, use verified contact details, and promptly report suspected compromise. Organization roles must reflect actual authority.

Evidence and claims

Users may submit only material they are authorized to use. They must not misrepresent a declaration as independent proof or attempt to bypass public projection controls.

Monitoring and domain verification

Only verified domains may be monitored. Ombudex must not be used as a network scanner, proxy, attack tool, or means to access internal services.

Reviews and responses

Reviews must describe a genuine experience. Companies may respond and report but may not coerce reviewers, selectively invite only positive feedback, or seek removal solely because a review is negative.

Suspension and decisions

Ombudex may suspend content or access for security, illegality, abuse, or material methodology violations. Decisions are reasoned and appealable where the policy permits.

Service limits

Evidence assessments are scoped and time-bound. Ombudex does not guarantee a company, product, future availability, security, or commercial result.
