Report a specific issue, not an unfavourable outcome.

Reports are assessed against public rules. A report does not automatically hide content and is not prioritized by payment.

Eligible reasons

Report illegality, threats, personal data exposure, impersonation, spam, conflicts of interest, unsupported customer relationships, fraudulent evidence, or a materially inaccurate public projection.

What to include

Provide the public URL, the exact content concerned, the policy reason, and concise supporting context. Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment records, or unrelated personal data.

Review and outcome

Ombudex may keep content visible, temporarily restrict it, request information, redact unnecessary personal data, or hide it under a stated policy ground. The decision and reason are audited.
