Who may submit a review
The MVP prioritizes customers invited through a single-use token and relationships confirmed by reviewed evidence. Future connected-source verification will be labelled separately.
The public profile states when an invitation originated from the reviewed company. An invitation does not guarantee publication.
What is published
The rating, title, review text, experience period, current or former customer relationship, chosen display name, verification level, publication date, and later revisions may be shown.
Email addresses, private evidence, customer references, tokens, and transaction details are never public.
Equal moderation
Positive and negative reviews follow the same checks, queues, and publication rules. A paid plan cannot accelerate favourable reviews or delay critical ones.
Content may be rejected or hidden only for a published reason such as illegality, threats, personal data exposure, spam, impersonation, conflict of interest, or absence of a supported relationship.
Responses, corrections, and withdrawal
The reviewed organization may publish one official response and update it transparently. It cannot rewrite the customer’s review.
Review authors may request correction or withdrawal. Text changes create revisions; a withdrawal remains understandable without retaining unnecessary public personal data.
Reports and appeals
Anyone may report content with a precise reason. Decisions include a reason and can be appealed through the public appeals procedure.
Ombudex records moderation actions so published content cannot be silently rewritten.
